Both live in Hanover: painter and illustrator, Robert Franz, creates fantasy worlds, expressive painted snapshots of comic style scenes, imaginary creatures, which are ultimately so human. And Gerd Schmidt-Vanhove, prime example of an object artist, a Dadaist, whose works, collages from every imaginable material, as a continuation of the actions of Kurt Schwitters and Niki de Saint Phalles work.
